The Maker Hub is an Australian Made & Owned Marketplace that brings together makers from all over Australia in one convenient location for consumers.
The Maker Hub has been in the works since March, 2020. In May of 2021 we opened up to Australian makers to begin building our community.
Originally from Sydney, we have now been based in the Southern Tablelands of N.S.W for the past four years and loving it!
For starters (and probably the most important point to note), we are makers ourselves.
The Maker Hub isn’t built by just anyone, its build by a husband & wife team that have been running their own successful small business for several years now.
We understand the amount of hard work, passion & sacrifice that goes into a small business. So we know what is important & we are here with Aussie makers best intentions at heart.
We are genuine & we are here to build a community of like minded individuals to learn from, lean on & grow with.
Because, Together We Are Stronger.

Yes! We use Stripe to process customer payments & they have one of the highest security protocols available.
You can order from as many Makers as you like.
We accept debit & credit card payment methods through Stripe.

Returns & Refunds
In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business for goods purchased if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose, or do not match the description.

Delivery & Shipping
When purchasing items from multiple Makers in the one transaction you will be subject to a delivery fee from each Maker to cover the cost of shipping.

The Maker Hub is an Australian made platform for Australian makers to list their products available for purchase.
Once a sale is made, the seller receives an email notification of the sale, then packs & ships the items directly.
Using the Vendor Dashboard sellers have access to their individual store analytics, can view orders, mark item’s as shipped and send customers their item tracking details.
Businesses big and small, no matter the size can sell on The Maker Hub. As long as you are Australian made & owned.
From hobbyists to established businesses, The Maker Hub is a place for all.

The Maker Hub uses Stripe to process payments.
Once a customer payment has been processed the funds (minus the 13% commission rate) will be automatically transferred to your Stripe account. The funds then take up to 3 business days to pay out to your bank account.
The Maker Hub charges a set commission of 13% per sale (calculated excluding shipping charges).
